The AHC Virtual Inventory Management System alleviates the administrative burden typically associated with stock replacement. Pharmacies dispensing 340B drugs to “340B patients” will not have to worry about separating a physical inventory but can dispense “340B-patient” and non-340B-patient prescriptions from the same inventory. Medical, pharmacy, laboratory, patient lifestyle, and encounter data is uploaded to the system and filtered through evidence-based clinical algorithms.
DOCS™ also allows for a comprehensive risk stratification of the entire patient population and flags medical outcomes deficiencies which the healthcare professional may then address, documenting the steps taken into the system. Patients with immediate or acute risk can be identified as well as those emerging-risk members that will represent next year’s critical cases.
